Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise advertised as inclusive of GST.
Growth Metrics prepares, manages and resources the Growth Metrics program based on registrations and payment in full. Registration indicates participants’ commitment to complete the full 90 day program.
Web Conference and Webinar sessions are recorded and made available for the duration of the program so that participants may catch up on missed sessions or for revision purposes.
Growth Metrics reserves the right to alter the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of an equivalent standard. Growth Metrics reserves the right to alter the program dates at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure the date is suitable for all participants already registered and to notify participants of the date change.
Growth Metrics reserves the right to prohibit entry to any person to a Growth Metrics program or eject any person from a Growth Metrics program based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by Growth Metrics staff and its agents and others working under its authority.
Program Registration and Payment
Registration and payment must be received before the program commencement date. Your registration is confirmed when you receive a Tax Invoice and confirmation email.
Payment is to be made via our online payment system or upon receipt of the Tax Invoice by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account nominated or by another payment method if offered as an alternative.
If there is an offer of payment by instalment for the program, the first payment must be made before the program commencement date.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Acceptance of Growth Metric’s terms and conditions is deemed made upon payment of the registration fee. For payments made via our online payment system there is a requirement to accept the Terms and Conditions before the payment process can proceed to the checkout.
Cancellations in any circumstances will be accepted if notification is received up to 7 days before the program commencement date.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted in the event of unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to reschedule participants to the next available program.
Cancellations must be notified in writing.
An administration fee may be charged for all paid program or event cancellations made less than 48 hours before the registration close date.
Should a registrant be unable to attend, they may send one substitute in their place. Growth Metrics must be notified of all substitutions before the date of the program
Programs may be cancelled due to low numbers. In this instance, full refunds or credit transfers will be applied.
All materials provided upon registration must be returned to Growth Metrics at the time of the cancellation request and before a refund is granted.
If choosing to pay by instalment, the first payment is due and payable before the program commencement date and is not refundable on cancellation if notification of cancellation is made later than 48 hours before the program commencement date. In choosing to pay by instalment, you are committing to completion of the full program, and no refunds apply on cancellation after the program commencement date.
If payment of remaining instalments is not made by the due date, the participant will be emailed a reminder with 7 days’ notice. If payment not made within the notice period, the participant will be removed from the email list and access to materials and recorded sessions.
Growth Metrics rely on program registrants taking full responsibility for their learning outcomes. Growth Metrics does not guarantee outcomes for deliverables to registrants as advertised or promoted as these are subjective and dependent upon full participation in all elements of the program, the completion of all set tasks and the registrant’s aptitude to understand, appreciate and apply the content delivered. The program is not accredited, yet may be eligible for CPD hours. Please check with your professional organisation for qualification for CPD hours.

Names of products, text and images used in the program may be intellectual property or trademarks owned or licensed for use Growth Metrics. Any unauthorised distribution or use of the Intellectual Property including text or images may be an infringement of the owner’s rights and those responsible may be liable in law accordingly.
All contents of the Growth Metrics program promotional material, books, tools and materials provided in the program is protected by copyright and must not be copied, reproduced, transferred, distributed, leased, licensed or publicly performed or used in any way without prior written permission.
Growth Metrics is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. Growth Metrics collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing programs, related products and training programs.

Image release: In registering for Growth Metrics programs and events, registrants grant permission to Growth Metrics, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for Growth Metrics. Registrants agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from Growth Metrics in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, Growth Metrics and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise Growth Metrics by contacting the advertised organiser of the Growth Metrics event.
